** Note: Clause 5 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association referred to states the following:
"Every member of the Company undertakes to contribute to the Assets of the Company in the event of it being wound up while he is a member, or within one year afterwards, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before he ceases to be a member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories amongst themselves such amount may be required, not exceeding one tenth of a Full member's annual subscription for the previous financial year".
Your attention is drawn to Clause 14 of the Articles of Association shown below:
"Any person who shall, by any means, cease to be a member shall nevertheless remain liable for and shall pay the Club all subscriptions and other monies which, at the time of his or her ceasing to be a member, may be due from him or her to the Club and the Committee shall have power to sue him or her for the same in the name of the Club.
