The explanations of how these fees are applied are set out below.
Capping
Fees are capped at £1,200 pa.
Any member wishing to pay £1,200 up front may do so and this will avoid all “on the day” fees.
Juniors
A junior is defined as anyone who has not turned 18 by 1st April of the playing year.
Standing Order
Any member wishing to spread the cost can pay over 10 months; this will incur a £50 admin charge.
On The Day Fees
“On the day” fees are payable whenever a member uses the course, including when representing Oakdale (team matches etc.), medals, knock-out competitions and all social games.
“On the day” fees are refunded if:
the player has not teed off and the course is closed on the day;
the player cancels more than 24 hours in advance.
